Quarantine 2020

Hell of a way to start out the year and hell of a first blog post.

We have seen greed and corruption at the highest levels of our government while seeing community and love among the working class. We’ve seen the restaurant community come together like never before while watching the Top 50, Worlds best and other large groups that profit off restaurants disappear without a trace over night.

We’ve seen what we are all capable of when we stand together as one.

Much love to all my brothers and sisters in the hospitality industry, we will come out of this stronger and more united than ever i promise you this.
